1. Reservation and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: All reservations are subject to availability and will be confirmed via email upon payment and room availability verification.
- Payment Terms: A deposit may be required to secure your reservation, with full payment due upon check-in or as specified in your confirmation email.
- Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfers.
2. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Standard Cancellation: Cancellations made at least 48 hours before the check-in date will incur no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 48 hours of arrival may result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay.
- No-show Policy: Failure to check-in on the scheduled date without prior notice will be treated as a no-show and may incur a penalty.
- Refund Policy: Any refunds for cancellations will be processed according to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
3. Check-in and Check-out
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date. Early check-in may be available upon request and subject to availability.
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM on the departure date. Late check-out is subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
4. Guest Responsibilities
- Valid ID Required: All guests must present a valid government-issued ID at check-in for verification.
- Personal Belongings: Guests are responsible for their personal belongings. Ennco Resorts is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items during the stay.
- Damage Policy: Any damage caused to hotel property due to negligence or misconduct will result in a repair or replacement fee.
5. Facility Use
- Non-smoking Rooms: All rooms are non-smoking. A cleaning fee may be charged if a guest smokes in a room.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed in the resort to maintain a comfortable environment for all guests.
- Health and Safety: Guests must follow all health and safety guidelines as directed by the staff.
6. Privacy Policy
- Data Collection: We collect and securely store personal information to facilitate booking and communication.
- Confidentiality: Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for processing your reservation.
7. Liability Disclaimer
- Ennco Resorts Srinagar is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or loss suffered during your stay, nor for any interruptions in services beyond our control.
8. Right to Refuse Service
- We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest who violates these terms and conditions or engages in behavior that disrupts the comfort and safety of others.
