Reservation Policy

Our reservation policy ensures a smooth and straightforward booking process for all our guests. Please review the following details before making a reservation.

1. Booking Requirements

  • Minimum Age: Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation.
  • Payment Information: A valid credit card or alternate payment method is required to secure the reservation.

2. Payment Terms

  • Advance Deposit: Some reservations may require an advance deposit to secure the booking, which will be outlined at the time of reservation.
  • Full Payment: Full payment may be required upon check-in, depending on the rate type selected during booking.
  • Accepted Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and online bank transfers. Cash payments are also accepted upon arrival.

3. Check-in and Check-out Policy

  • Check-in Time: 2:00 PM. Early check-in may be requested but is subject to availability.
  • Check-out Time: 12:00 PM. Late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur an additional fee.

4. Identification Requirement

  • Valid ID: All guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or Aadhaar card for domestic guests) at check-in.

5. Room Guarantee Policy

  • Room Hold: Your room is guaranteed for your arrival once payment or deposit has been received.
  • Late Arrival: Please notify us if you plan to check in after 6:00 PM. If we are not informed, the reservation may be released, and cancellation charges may apply.

6. Rate and Tax Information

  • Room Rates: Rates are quoted per room, per night, and are subject to change based on availability, demand, and any special promotions.
  • Tax and Service Fees: All room rates are subject to local government taxes and service fees, which will be included in the final bill.

7. Children and Extra Beds

  • Children Policy: Children under 12 years of age stay free when sharing a room with parents using existing bedding.
  • Extra Beds: Extra beds are available upon request for an additional charge. Maximum room occupancy rules apply.

8. Special Requests

  • Requests: Special requests, such as room location, view, or specific amenities, are noted but cannot be guaranteed. We will do our best to accommodate any specific needs.

9. Modifications and Cancellations

  • Changes to Booking: Guests may modify their booking (dates, room type, etc.) subject to availability and rate adjustments.
  • Cancellation Policy: Please refer to our Cancellation Policy for details on how to cancel your reservation without fees.

10. Group Reservations

  • Group Bookings: Reservations for 5 or more rooms are considered group bookings and may have specific terms, conditions, and cancellation policies. Please contact us directly for group booking arrangements.
