1. Standard Cancellation Policy
- Cancellation Window: Guests may cancel their reservation up to 48 hours before the check-in date with no cancellation fee.
- Late Cancellation: Cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in will be charged a fee equivalent to the first night’s stay.
2. No-Show Policy
- No-show Charge: If you fail to arrive on the check-in date without prior notice, the full amount of the first night’s stay will be charged as a penalty.
3. Early Departure Policy
- Early Departure Fee: Should you decide to check out earlier than your scheduled departure date, a fee for the unused nights may apply based on room availability and reservation demand.
4. Refund Policy
- Refund Processing: Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
- Non-Refundable Rates: For reservations booked under non-refundable rates or promotional discounts, no refunds will be issued if canceled.
5. Group Reservation Policy
- For group bookings of 5 rooms or more, a minimum of 7 days’ notice is required for cancellations to avoid penalties. Cancellations within this period will incur a charge for one night’s stay per reserved room.
6. Special Conditions
- Peak Season and Holidays: During peak seasons or special events, a longer cancellation window may apply. Any specific terms for peak periods will be communicated at the time of booking.
7. Modification of Reservation
- Change Requests: Changes to your reservation, including check-in or check-out dates, are subject to availability and may result in rate adjustments. Please contact us directly for any modifications.
